What You’ll Do
Payment Program Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Support Credit Card, Gift Card, and Alternative Payment programs through strategic analytics and reporting
- Maintain monthly and quarterly KPI reporting to track ongoing business performance and identify trends
- Analyze consumer and transactional data to uncover actionable insights related to payment behavior and business performance
- Monitor program health, performance metrics, and customer engagement trends
Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Dive deep into complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and growth opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic business initiatives and leadership decision-making
- Translate complex analytics into clear, concise business recommendations
- Create impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels
Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards related to payments performance and promotional tracking
- Blend data from multiple sources to answer multi-dimensional business questions
