ADGA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of a new Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capability. This is a high-impact role supporting a new capability for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). You will help shape operational and technical requirements, support the analysis of the business cases and business processes for C-UAS capability development in accordance with DND practices.
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Lead and support the identification and documentation of business needs, business rules, governance and capability coordination through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis;
- Collaborate with project team to ensure operational requirements, use cases, user-needs, constraints, and capability benefits are documented;
- Lead and support the preparation of business case and sustainment business case documentation, requirements documents, and use-cases;
- Provide recommendations to management on business solutions and process improvements; and&nb
