Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise application development, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, requirements management, technical documentation, Azure DevOps, application testing, process analysis, and legacy application modernization. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholder groups, technical teams, project teams, and business users on large-scale implementation initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from an accredited institution.

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise application development, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.

7+ years of experience producing technical documentation, including:
- Business and system requirements
- Functional specifications
- Technical specifications
- Design documentation
- Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
- Testing documentation

7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform, including:
- Backlog management
- Requirements management
- Sprint planning
- Work item tracking
- Release tracking

7+ years of application testing experience, including testing custom or commercial off-the-shelf applications, reports, large datasets, and dashboards.

7+ years of experience conducting:
- Business process analysis
- Gap analysis
- Workflow modeling
- Current-state/future-state analysis
- Solution design

3+ years of experience developing:
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Process flows
- Use cases
- Requirements Traceability Matrices
- At least 1 year of experience with Visual Studio .NET.
