This position is based in Milwaukee, WI. Hybrid environment 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
PURPOSE
Working independently and in close partnership with business leaders, technology executives, and risk management teams, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, as well as the coordination of related activities in partnership with the Enterprise Risk Management program.
As an influential communicator, this role builds alignment across diverse stakeholders, translating complex risk and resilience concepts into clear, actionable outcomes. This role provides subject‑matter expertise and program leadership, ensures alignment with enterprise risk management and regulatory expectations, and helps embed operational resilience practices across the organization. The position requires sound judgment, strong influence skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple business and technology domains.

Program Leadership & Governance
- Owns and manages the enterprise Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs, including standards, methodologies, documentation, and governance processes.
- Establishes multi‑year program roadmaps, annual objectives, and maturity improvement initiatives.
- Develops and maintains metrics, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting on program readiness, risk exposure, testing outcomes, and remediation progress.
- Leads responses to regulatory, audit, customer, and internal review requests related to BC, CM, and DR.
