Scope of Position
Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Servicing Platform, the Senior Business Analyst will support and deliver a variety of change initiatives to mission critical investment platforms. The incumbent will ensure that platforms align to department objectives, and the needs of our internal partners by delivering high value solutions and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
Lead and participate in both Agile and Waterfall projects related to Portfolio Servicing Platform (incl Trade Processing, Pricing/Valuations, Asset Servicing, Derivatives Servicing, Investment Accounting processes) upgrades, enhancements, system integrations, and process improvements that benefit OMERS Capital Markets investment teams, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Finance
Assist the Platform Owner in managing the product backlog and roadmap, prioritization of work, and resource allocation on initiatives.
Lead business analysis activities for all phases of the project life cycle including requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, training, implementation, and post implementation support
