Key Responsibilities
The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Taylorsville. This role bridges document and workflow automation, system improvements, and data reporting. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot
automated forms and workflows, perform data analysis, conduct end-user acceptance testing (UAT), and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Principle duties & Responsibilities
- Workflow & Document Engineering: Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain agency documents, automated workflows, and forms using JavaScript and
tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workbench, or Adobe Designer.
- Data
Analysis & Systems Adaptation: Adapt automated systems to meet ORS operational needs, perform SQL-based data extraction, evaluate data
quality, and build automated reporting solutions.
- System
Testing & Change Management: Conduct end-user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze system capabilities, anticipate software updates;
impact, and adhere to agency change management protocols.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Manage and resolve help desk troubleshooting tickets while partnering with ORS leadership, IT technical
staff, and third-party vendors to research and address system support issues.
- Stakeholder
Inquiries & Technical Communication: Respond to inquiries from agency leadership, Policy, and other entities requesting specific
information on workflows, use cases, functionality, and metrics. Create clear system documentation and user guides, translating complex application logic into
plain language for non-technical audiences.
