  • 5+ years functional/business/system analysis or other relevant experience required.Β 
  • Experience working within a global environment and business travel industry preferred.


  • Significant depth of knowledge in profession.


  • Experience in business applications customer service support or having equivalent kind of skills experience.Β

    • Relational database knowledge highly desirable.Β 


    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Our Products & Technology team are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join their team.


  • Documents, analyzes and assesses the functional requirements for business applications. Identifies gaps and alternative approaches to meet requirements, and ensures all deliverables completed.Β  Often facilitates working groups in this capacity.


  • Conducts project requirement meetings to identify and assess the requirements of the Project Sponsor(s).


  • Evaluates, selects and utilizes end-user desktop software to fulfill the Project Sponsor's project requirements.Β  Consults with functional users and technical and reporting staff to determine best approaches, ensuring that approved solutions are implemented in a timely and correct fashion.


  • Estimates the cost to complete the project and prepare a project plan.


  • Designs, constructs, tests, documents, and implements automation solutions to meet the Project Sponsor's requirements, utilizing existing desktop computing resources, or to implement development changes.


  • Completes projects on time and on budget.


  • Transfers project knowledge to the Project Sponsor to promote self-sufficiency.
  • Evaluates new end-user desktop software or hardware for potential CWT utilization.
  • Provides technical assistance to the customer base as necessary.


  • Gathers and assimilates all available existing documentation/intelligence if applicable, and periodically reviewing them to integrate appropriate industry practices.


  • Interviews SME's and key stakeholders to gather business requirements


  • Documents, coordinates, and facilitates discussion of the business requirements document


  • Assists in the identification of potential solutions to business problems with the team


  • Serves as interface between the development team and business/functional user groups.


  • Oversees quality control of system functional design, client operations design and implementation, client training, conversion and client satisfaction.


  • Provides improvement recommendations on business processes and system design.


  • Functions as a business resource to other IT teams while providing a primary point of contact for clients. Markets a project's benefits to customers, team and executives.


  • May coordinate IT planning activities with IT and business.


  • Trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate.
