Senior Business Analyst, Technology

The Big Picture

As the Senior Business Analyst, Technology you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and administration of our Quality Management system, including leading upgrades and supporting internal/external audits. You will be apart of the primary resource group for ETQ (QMS) support and other technical tasks.

Impact Through Innovation

• ETQ (QMS) implementation and support


• Development throughout the QMS system, modules, document control, change requests


• Work with other IT team members to support data migration, change controls, security and configuration


• Provide help desk services for all users pertaining to our QMS system


• Establish and maintain standards for consistent reporting


• Lead internal and external audit support from a technological approach


• Support internal departments in developing automation throughout QMS


• Be the organizations main point of contact for all QMS related inquiries

Your Unique Expertise

Required skills:

• Completion of Technical Degree, minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.


• Extensive experience with #C, Java, Javascript, Python, SQL, HTML.


• Experience in Validated Enterprise Software and required documentation for testing.


• Experience with systems integrations (REST,SOAP)


• Experience delivering and implementing custom software solutions that have been built from the ground up


• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions


• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 


• Ability to prioritize workload and deal with issues as they arise


• Strong planning and execution skills


• Working knowledge of ETQ, Epicor (ERP), SQL servers, development and coding


• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus


• Demonstrate project management skills


• Significant experience in automated testing

 Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11 and software implementation in regulated environments


• Experience in database systems, ERP systems (Epicor), CRM systems (Salesforce) and eQMS (ETQ Reliance) systems.


• Experience with performance tuning and code optimization
