Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience working with massive, complex data sets within large-scale modernization efforts.
- Experience analyzing data to architect solutions for complex business problems (e.g., Master Data Management, Identity Resolution, or Semantic Modeling).
- Proficiency in navigating and untangling legacy healthcare data ecosystems.
- Experience defending technical approaches and troubleshooting issues directly with senior and executive leadership.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced in SQL, Python/PySpark, Databricks, and modern Cloud data architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j) and/or NoSQL Document Stores (e.g., MongoDB).
- Expertise in data mastering, probabilistic matching algorithms, and enterprise data governance.
- Deep knowledge of Healthcare Provider Data: Demographics, Contractual Data, and Clinical Networks
