Creates complex Enterprise-class data assets that provide business insight and aid business decision-making. Assets will include (but are not limited to) reports, visualizations, dashboards, and data extracts. Produces complex reports and performs meaningful quantitative or qualitative analysis addressing impactful business issues or questions. Combines these reports with subject-matter expertise to deliver coherent, insightful business issues or questions. Combines these reports with subject-matter expertise to deliver coherent, insightful takeaways comprehensive read-outs, and advice/recommendations grounded in what our data is telling us.
Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) (Required) Or
Minimum Work Experience6 years Requires deep functional knowledge with 4 – 6 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. (Required)
Required Skills/KnowledgeExperience with Business Intelligence; Data Analysis; Microsoft Azure; SAS (software); SQL (Programming Language); Statistical Analysis Systems (SAS); PowerBI, Tableau, or other business intelligence software.
Experience with Data Modeling; Python (programming Language); Quality Assurance; SQL (Programing Language).
Experience with Analytical Techniques; Business Analysis; Quantitative Analysis; Rist Analysis; Root Cause Analysis; Statistical Process Controls.
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio; User Flows; Workflows
Optional:
Experience in the healthcare field

Functional AccountabilitiesCore areas of responsibility that fall under this role include:
- Develops complex BI solutions architecture that accurately translates business requirements to technology solutions and ensures the design will meet business requirements throughout the lifecycle of a change
- Participates in and implements day-to-day activities related to defining architecture, establishing infrastructure, and implementing standards used to create frameworks/patterns for delivering business intelligence solutions
- Conducts complex business analysis activities to enable technology solutions that adequately fulfill strategic business needs and objectives.
