The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a senior functional and technical partner for enterprise learning platforms, integrations, processes, and data, translating business needs into effective technology solutions and sustainable support. The role provides advanced analysis and expertise to resolve complex issues, improve learning administration and data integrity, and deliver accurate, compliant, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise governance. Key Responsibilities Represent learning stakeholders’ business and operational needs in product discovery, backlog refinement, release planning, and solution-design discussions. Use operational data, user feedback, and process analysis to identify opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve controls, and increase the reliability and scalability of learning management activities. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology implementations. Develop or support recurring data-integrity reviews, reconciliations, reports, and control processes. Document defects, assess business impact, support prioritization, and verify that issues are resolved before implementation. Support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and monitoring of integrations affecting learning platforms and processes. Serve as an escalation resource for complex learning platform, integration, assignment, access, data, and user-support issues. Analyze learning data, worker data, security access, configuration, and related system information to identify trends, exceptions, and quality concerns. Analyze support trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for system enhancements, process simplification, automation, and self-service. Leads improvement recommendations and presents effectively to senior and executive management and global teams. Presents and leads client meetings with the business and development teams. Communicates with senior leaders for understanding and execution of cross-functional complex processes and applications to solve for client requirements. Provides recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Partners with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Leads and serves as a senior resource on cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. Serves as a resource to colleagues, mentors, and helps improve the team’s abilities around all IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines deployed.
