As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and executing data analytics and efficiency initiatives across multiple departments. Our team works closely with business stakeholders, who depend on us to detect trends and identify opportunities. As a result of our analyses, we provide actionable insights to company leaders so they can make informed data-driven decisions to drive the business. You’ll be working on multiple projects simultaneously, extracting and transforming large amounts of data into actionable business information into an easy-to-understand format.

What you will do:

• Conduct the full suite of data analyses to uncover insights about our product and users: Cohort Analysis, Funnel Analysis, Data/User Segmentation, etc.
• Conceptualize and maintain key performance reports and dashboards through deep data analysis with an emphasis on automation and scalability
• Detect trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to department leaders allowing them to make informed data-driven decisions to drive the core business
• Provide actionable results that the business can leverage to set strategic direction and make day-to-day decisions
• Develop standardized dashboards through deep data analysis and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on automation and scalability
• Partner with Engineering to optimize data tracking/quality and drive data warehouse improvements. Work closely with business partners to identify and analyze practical solutions through existing or new business systems

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 4-8 years of business focused analysis experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence focused role
• Strong SQL and Excel skills with at least a working knowledge of R, Python, or other scripting language preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining reports in Tableau or other data visualization tool
• Experience analyzing A/B and multivariate results for campaign and engagement performance

Base Salary Range

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
