What You'll Do Report to AH Datalytics leadership to develop data products in support of projects. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide automated reporting mechanisms. Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to deliver quality analytics to clients. Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and more to develop end-to-end data analytic solutions and customized data platforms in support of projects. Acquire data from data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Develop data pipelines and implement ETL routines for auditing and managing data workflows. Provide back-end support to create engaging visualizations and data-driven analyses. Transform, filter, and “clean” data to prepare for analysis. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience managing project and coordinating complex work products. Experience USING AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini is required. Experience as an advanced user of data analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Power BI, D3, or similar tools for data analytics is required. Experience generating graphs, charts, and other visual displays to display data. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of criminal justice system data is preferred but not required.
