About the role
This role is accountable for delivering technical expertise and contributing to the development and maintenance of data management practices. The mandate includes designing and implementing business processes, systems, methods and procedures that ensure accurate reconciliation, strong controls, and a high standard of quality and integrity for employer and plan member information. In addition, this position is responsible for building and maintaining reporting solutions using business intelligence tools, enabling actionable insights and informed decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll do
1. Provide expertise on business intelligence and data management standards, business process operating methods, and work procedures. Examples of key tasks include:
Build and prepare statistical reports and/or presentations on results, findings, and recommendations related to business process reviews and ongoing data management functions, identifying and documenting trends in data problems and passing on information and suggestions regarding improved data handling and control to the manager.
