Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Develop advanced SQL queries and reusable datasets using SQL Server, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.
- Use Python to automate data processing, reconciliation, validation, reporting, and other repetitive workflows.
- Build dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI and related reporting tools.
- Translate business questions into clear analyses, metrics, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Combine data from databases, APIs, Excel, CSV, JSON, and cloud applications.
- Develop automated data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies across systems and reports.
- Partner directly with operational, clinical, financial, and executive teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through better data, reporting, and automation.
- Document solutions and maintain strong development, testing, and source-control practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and help establish analytics and development standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, data transformation, and performance optimization.
- Strong professional experience with Python, including data analysis and production-level automation.
- Strong experience with Power BI or comparable BI/reporting tools.
- Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform.
- Experience working with REST APIs and structured data such as JSON, CSV, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently take a business problem from requirements through analysis and implementation.
- Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
- Experience with Git or comparable source-control tools.
- Healthcare or home health experience preferred.
