Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions and drive growth for our company. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and production data
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities for improvement
- Utilize statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and provide recommendations for process and product optimization
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
