Collaborate with internal business partners to identify key questions, define success criteria, and determine data-driven approaches.
Design and build interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or other BI tools to make insights accessible to a wide range of stakeholders.
Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling way.
Assess the quality, completeness, and consistency of data sources, proactively identifying gaps and proposing solutions for improved data integrity.
Leverage advanced tools and statistical methods (e.g., Python, SQL, R) for data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and modeling.
Support the development and refinement of data collection strategies and KPIs to measure business performance and optimize processes.
Conduct both recurring and ad hoc analyses to inform business operations, including forecasting, optimization, and scenario modeling.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance team capabilities.
Experience creating user stories in Azure DevOps, grooming and pointing backlog items, and continuously improving the data product backlog
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably in a mid-to-large scale organization.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis required.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI or comparable BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy) required.
Experience working in Agile environments, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and use of DevOps tools required.
Ability to provide accurate effort estimations for development tasks
