Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain
Location: 777 Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — onsite Monday through Wednesday; remote Thursday and Friday
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to transform complex supply chain and operational data into clear, actionable business insights. This role will develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, analyze performance trends, and partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory, Equipment Management, Construction, Emergency Restoration, and IT.
The ideal candidate combines advanced SQL, Python, and Tableau expertise with strong business judgment and an understanding of supply chain operations. What You’ll Do
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define reporting, analytics, and data requirements.
- Design, develop, publish, and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, self-service analytics, and recurring reports.
- Write, troubleshoot, optimize, and validate complex SQL queries, views, datasets, and data extracts.
- Use Python to automate data preparation, reconciliation, quality checks, report generation, and repeatable analytics workflows.
- Analyze inventory levels, material requirements, supplier performance, demand trends, service levels, lead times, spend, and other operational KPIs.
- Translate complex data into clear findings, recommendations, and visualizations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Monitor supply chain activity to identify risks, trends, exceptions, performance gaps, and opportunities for corrective action.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across source systems, dashboards, and published reports.
- Support supplier evaluations, scorecards, sourcing analysis, and selection methodologies through data-driven reporting.
- Develop reporting that supports budgeting, forecasting, capital and operating plans, emergency-restoration readiness, and process improvement.
