The Senior Epic Data Analyst serves as a technical and strategic expert within the Data & Analytics team, responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and governing enterprise analytics solutions leveraging the Epic Cogito suite. This role leads the development of complex reports, dashboards, and data extracts across Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, Reporting Workbench (RWB), and SlicerDicer to support clinical, operational, financial, and executive decisionmaking.
This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in Epic’s analytics ecosystem, including Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, Radar, and Reporting Workbench (RWB), and partners closely with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights. This role is critical to scaling our data and insights capabilities, empowering teams with actionable insights, and supporting our mission to improve Patient healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultative analytics partner by translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable reporting solutions working closely with product managers, data scientists, BI developers, and application teams.
