Position Title: Senior Data Analyst – R/Python

Location: Remote; Metro DC; Dublin, GA; Atlanta, GA

As a key member of our Data Analytics team, the Senior Data Analyst will utilize advanced quantitative research methods to analyze and interpret data. Responsibilities include reviewing, cleaning, and preparing data in R and/or Python, employing various techniques for time-series data analysis, and reporting findings to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced quantitative research methods, including conceptualization, operationalization, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Review, clean, and prepare data in R and/or Python, with expertise in libraries such as Dplyr, Testthat, Assetr (for R), and matplotlib, statsmodels, sklearn, pandas (for Python).
  • Employ various techniques for analyzing time-series data, including descriptive statistics, forecasting, and data visualization. Preferred experience with exponential smoothing, ARIMA, dynamic regression forecasts, and bootstrap sampling.
  • Report findings of time-series data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning for the future of work. Proficiency in reporting using Tableau dashboards and Microsoft PowerPoint is desirable.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience, or a MA/PhD in statistics, data science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in R and/or Python, demonstrated through extensive experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in time-series data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • US Citizenship is required.
