As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be at the heart of our capital markets & investment sales support operations by providing expert financial & lease analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, you’re a problem solver who’s always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results.
In this role, you will…
Perform complex real estate financial & investment analysis, primarily using ARGUS Enterprise and Microsoft Excel software, for the valuation & disposition of industrial and office properties and portfolios
Operate and optimize sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow
Perform lease, tenant, and property level financial analysis
Have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP’s and new business pitches, as needed
Collaborate with brokers, design & transaction staff, and client teams in the creation of accurate and compelling pitch books and offering memoranda
Excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy
