This is a strategic finance role supporting global Communications, Marketing, and other functional teams.
You will act as a trusted Finance Business Partner, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
The role combines budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and long-term planning.
You will work closely with senior leaders and program owners to improve resource allocation and financial decision-making.
Your analysis will help guide investments across global campaigns, communications, events, and organizational initiatives.

Accountabilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for Communications and other supported functions, ensuring financial plans align with strategic and organizational priorities.

Develop and maintain financial models that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and potential scenarios to support informed decision-making.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and insights that help stakeholders understand performance and plan next steps.

Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and communicate findings effectively to senior executives, managers, and non-finance stakeholders.

Serve as a trusted finance partner to cross-functional leaders, supporting planning cycles and helping teams make effective resource allocation decisions.

Identify opportunities to improve financial planning, reporting, tracking, and operational processes, and lead initiatives that increase efficiency and transparency.

Provide financial analysis and business cases for strategic, cross-functional initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, community programs, events, and new organizational approaches.

Build strong relationships across a globally distributed organization and contribute to a collaborative, data-driven finance culture.

Operate effectively across multiple time zones while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and reliable delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
