SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst supports the Company’s financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting, and serves as a key partner to finance leadership and operational stakeholders. The Financial Analyst analyzes financial and operational data, identifies trends and variances, and provides actionable insights to support effective management.

- Supports the development of the annual operating and capital budgets, as well as monthly forecasts, with a focus on key business drivers and relevant operational and financial metrics.
- Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements, including detailed variance analysis to prior periods, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyzes large and complex datasets; synthesizes data into clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Develops financial models to assess historical performance, project future results, and/or evaluate risks and opportunities at the clinic and organization level.
- Provides financial insight and recommendations related to clinic-level profit and loss statements (P&Ls), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partners with operational and clinical leaders to understand financial drivers, explain results, and support informed decision-making.
- Works with accounting and finance leadership to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Receives and resolves inquiries from regional directors and clinic managers regarding monthly financial results.
- Responds to common inquiries from lenders, vendors, or other business leaders.
- Completes special projects assigned by finance and operational leadership on a timely basis, developing results, conclusions, and/or recommendations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
