Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 annually
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, you will play a hands on role in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform and review intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Record and reconcile commission accruals and commission payments.
- Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly variance and flux analyses to support financial review and decision-making.
- Ensure financial records, reconciliations, and documentation are accurate and GAAP-compliant.
- Assist with consolidation activities and regional financial reporting.
- Apply GAAP in day-to-day accounting activities and support adherence to corporate accounting policies.
