As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple global locations, driving financial performance, forecasting, global consolidation of Financial Statements and reporting for the company’s flavor and fragrance financial results. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of international markets, and the ability to navigate complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the financial structure of our D365 global consolidation and reporting system.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost analysis, variance reporting, and profitability assessments.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for domestic and international operations
  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making for global initiatives, capital investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for global operations, highlighting key trends, Key Performance Ratios and risks & opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities across the global team.
  • Partner with other departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D, to provide financial guidance and support operational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and manage financial risks related to currency exchange, international tax laws, and other global considerations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment or in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for global operations.
  • Ability to work with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with foreign currency exchange and international markets is desirable.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
