Job Responsibilities:Β 




    • Full P&L ownership for growing HVAC business including variance analysis and understanding the operational drivers behind the performance

    • Maintain and further improve depot and department level reporting

    • Partner with key business owners to prepare annual budget presentations and monthly forecasts

    • Prepare assigned recurring reports (i.e. staffing models, claims analyses, labor cost analyses) with accuracy and timeliness while continuously looking for opportunities to improve and enhance reporting deliverables

    • Ensure the integrity, accuracy and validity of information being reported

    • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis for business owners to ensure that the best corporate decisions are made to achieve operational and financial objectives

    • Develop new dynamic models while maintaining complex existing models using Excel, Alteryx, Hyperion and Tableau (SME across all technology platforms)

    • Contribute towards the Company’s goal of streamlining and modernizing their systems and technology across the HVAC function


    Job Requirements:



    • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Economics related field (MBA Preferred)

    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant business analytics experience

    • Expert in MS Excel and financial modeling with exposure to reporting tools such as Brio, Tableau, Alteryx and Hyperion Planning

    • Demonstrated success building, maintaining and governing analytical models

    • Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels, effectively relaying financial metrics and analyses to operational stakeholders to influence business results

    • Well organized, detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks

    • Able to work effectively in a team setting, including being receptive and objective when encountering diverse points of view

    • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

    Salary Range: $87,524.00 to $100,000


    Bonus Potential: 10%Β
