Location: 100% Remote (Atlanta, Dallas, Houston)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in managing and analyzing financial data, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing detailed operational insights to drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for process improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Review Financial Data:

  • Manage and analyze lease accounting records and supporting data to provide insights and additional metrics for comprehensive data analysis.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the development and preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts.

• Operational Analysis:

  • Provide detailed analysis and insights into company operations to identify opportunities for increased profitability.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and other financial documents as required by management.

• Process Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency within the financial reporting process.

• Confidentiality:

  • Safeguard the organization’s value by maintaining the confidentiality of financial and operational information.

• Variance Analysis:

  • Conduct variance analysis on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to monitor financial performance and identify trends.

• Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures in all financial activities and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five plus years of experience in accounting or finance, including forecasting, budgeting, performing financial analysis, financial modeling, allocating expenses, and preparing financial statements.
