About the Job:
The Capital Financial Planning Department is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, including capital budget development, variance reporting, project management, and cost accounting. This position will focus on supporting a $4 billion capital program and serve as a key liaison between the Finance team and the Airport Design and Construction (ADC) department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing variance analysis reports, overseeing project budgets, and reviewing change orders. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with ADC on the development of the 5-year CIP Budget and work with various departments to prioritize new projects for inclusion in the capital program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance financial reporting and support the departmentβs strategic goals in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
