About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead financial planning and forecasting initiatives to help drive corporate strategy and improve business decision-making. You’ll partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with organizational goals. Your role will encompass performance analysis, financial reporting, risk management, advanced financial modeling, and mentorship for junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and forecasting efforts, using market insights to develop long-term growth strategies.
- Provide senior leadership with insights and recommendations that shape corporate strategy and business decisions.
- Partner with department heads to align financial planning with organizational goals.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to provide clear visibility into company performance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and recommend strategies for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial health and business progress.
- Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
- Build complex financial models to support strategic initiatives like mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Provide scenario analysis to assess potential financial impacts of business shifts.
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement in financial systems.
