Join Amrize as a Senior Financial Analyst and help construct what's next. If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter — and build a career with a company that’s building North America — we want to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Amrize is a standalone, publicly listed North American business following its announced capital markets separation. This transformation positions the company to become a leading pure-play building solutions provider in one of the world’s most attractive construction markets.
To support this transition and operate effectively as a public company, the Corporate FP&A team in Chicago is expanding. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with 3–5 years of relevant corporate FP&A or finance experience to support enterprise-level financial planning, executive reporting, and business performance analysis.
This is a high-visibility role that sits within the Office of the CFO and provides direct support to senior finance leadership, working closely with corporate functions and business leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Variance analysis and performance commentary
- Executive reporting and presentation development
- Functional spend analysis and cost optimization support
- Continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools
- Work with urgency and precision during month-end close, quarterly earnings cycles, and Board reporting timelines
- Respond to ad hoc analyses and requests from the CFO and finance leadership, often under tight deadlines
- Independently identify data gaps, investigate variances, and source solutions with limited direction
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
