We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Performance Analyst to join our high‑performing team. The Compliance team supports all Ray‑Mont Logistics sites and employees across North America and acts as a strategic partner to the executive team. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the forecasting process across all group entities.
- Update, refine, and continuously improve the company’s financial forecasting model.
- Provide weekly updates to management on expected monthly results, trends, and performance drivers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts.
- Enhance monthly reporting packages for executives and financial partners.
- Develop and optimize reporting of key performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead the implementation of the budgeting module within the financial ERP and act as the expert user.
- Act as the main point of contact for the VP of Growth and Finance for all reporting requests and analytical needs.
- Support the VP of Growth and Finance in preparing, analyzing, and structuring financing deals, including financial modelling, due diligence support, and lender‑ready documentation.
- Participate in various ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.
