What We Do
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team responsible for financial reporting, analysis, forecasting support, and a variety of recurring and ad hoc business needs. This role works with corporate functions, operating divisions, and other business partners to analyze financial results, identify trends and risks, support forecasting and planning activities, and provide clear, accurate financial information to management.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis and accounting concepts, including an understanding of GAAP financial statements and the relationships between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. The role requires strong Excel skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to independently work through unfamiliar financial information and analytical problems.
This position is well suited for someone who can move comfortably between recurring reporting responsibilities and less-structured analytical requests, understands when additional investigation is needed, and knows when an issue should be elevated to management.

- Prepare, maintain, and deliver recurring monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyses, and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency, identifying key trends and variances, and clearly interpreting results.
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify significant trends, variances, risks, and business drivers.
- Support forecasting and planning activities by analyzing historical results, current business trends, operating assumptions, and other relevant information.
