Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team, offering a competitive salary of $110k, along with an attractive benefits package and PTO.
The position is HYBRID, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN THE AUGUSTA, GA area!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial expenses and revenues versus budget and prior year
- Provide financial recommendations to P&L owners to drive business results.
- Assist in creating pricing models for multimillion-dollar client proposals..
- Prepare monthly journal entries and input to the general ledger.
- Maintain reporting systems to collect and generate relevant financial information.
- Create Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting Packages.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial data for Division Managers and Senior Management.
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives set by Senior Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- Expertise in preparing Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting Packages
- Proficient in income/expense variance analysis
- Experience in analyzing monthly financial performance versus budget and prior year
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, Great Plains, SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI, TM1, Hyperion
