What You’ll Be Doing: Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Senior Financial Analyst, Investments will be a key member of the Finance Investments team, and will be responsible for providing insightful, actionable analysis on our key acquisition and development opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with all areas of the organization and provide value-added analytics and recommendations.
- Completion of detailed financial modeling for acquisition opportunities and other strategic initiatives, including synthesizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the executive team.
- Assisting in the preparation of summary documents needed for Investment Committee submission and approvals.
- Assisting in the management of due diligence processes, including working with third-party brokers and advisors
- Assist in deal documentation and transaction closings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders across our business segments with the goal of understanding the underlying business model and drivers
