Senior Financial Analyst, Money Network
What does a successful Senior Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Money Network, you will deliver analysis and actionable insights that shape budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions across our business. You collaborate with finance, operations, and product partners to translate data into clear, data-driven recommendations. Your work advances resource allocation, profitability, and performance reporting so leaders can make informed decisions grounded in financial rigor.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models to support scenario planning, investment cases, and long-range planning.
- Lead monthly forecast updates and partner with stakeholders to explain revenue, expense, and margin trends versus plan and prior periods.
- Support monthly close activities by preparing analyses for accruals, reclasses, and variance explanations and coordinating with Accounting.
- Analyze key business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and unit economics to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports using Excel and business intelligence tools to visualize performance and progress to goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to finance and business leaders, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment to objectives.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis and/or similar discipline
- Experience building and maintaining complex financial models and delivering insights that influence business or investment decisions
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data modeling) and experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools (for example, Power BI, SAP or a similar platform)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
