The Job:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, North America Supply Chain, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Partner with company leaders and own supply chain support department reporting and budget processes for the Americas region, ensuring strong financial visibility, planning discipline, and alignment to business objectives.
- Support end-to-end supply chain operations through insightful scenario planning and financial analysis that enable timely, data-driven decision making.
- Apply strategic thinking to support global logistics and supply planning, providing thoughtful analysis, clear recommendations, and solutions that drive continuous process and cost improvement.
- Continue to build, enhance, and streamline supply chain reporting and KPI’s, improving visibility into operational and financial performance across the business.
- Lead variance analysis and performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to business leaders.
- Support ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen supply chain performance and business outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
