About the Role
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000–$95,000 CAD
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Winnipeg, MB
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational and financial performance across a major logistics operation. Working closely with operational leadership, you will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis that drive business decisions and improve profitability.

What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Analyze monthly financial results, investigate variances, and provide recommendations.
- Prepare journal entries, support month-end close activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor operational KPIs, profitability, startup costs, and investment initiatives.
- Manage customer billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable monitoring, and general ledger postings.
