We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Management to serve as a key financial partner to our Revenue Management and Brand teams, bringing strong FP&A skills paired with the ability to influence and drive action in real time. Unlike a general SFA role focused primarily on reporting and long-range planning, this position is highly operational and immediate-term, requiring someone who can engage in live discussions with leadership around pricing, offers, and discounting strategies that directly impact passenger bookings. Success in this role means balancing financial discipline with marketing creativity, using data to shape promotions, and making 80/20 decisions quickly — “done is better than perfect” is often the reality.
Key Responsibilities
-
Partner directly with Revenue Management and Brand teams to evaluate discounts, offers, and passenger volume strategies in relation to real-time booking trends.
-
Deliver financial analysis that drives immediate action, including close-in pricing and promotion adjustments.
-
Serve as a thought partner in live discussions with senior leaders, presenting data-backed recommendations with confidence and resilience.
-
Translate financial insights into marketing strategies, ensuring offers are compelling and visible to customers through the right channels.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives.
-
Support ongoing financial planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis, with an emphasis on revenue optimization.
-
Balance short-term revenue opportunities with broader financial objectives and business priorities.
-
Bring an 80/20 mindset to decision-making, knowing when speed and action are more valuable than perfect analysis.
Qualifications
-
3–8 years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to revenue management, FP&A, or highly operational finance.
