DescriptionFederated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Payroll Business Analyst on a contract basis for our HR Transformation implementation program.
This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
Step into a high-impact role supporting an Oracle HCM implementation, where you’ll help drive payroll testing and system readiness from configuration through to deployment. You will work through ambiguous challenges, navigate multiple payroll areas, and contribute to practical solutions that improve how work gets done. What you’ll do:

Support Oracle HCM implementation by leading payroll testing activities and validating system configurations

Execute end-to-end payroll test cycles, documenting results, maintaining scripts, and ensuring readiness for deployment

Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across all transactions, employee changes, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with project partners and internal stakeholders to align system functionality with payroll business needs

Resolve payroll system discrepancies by investigating data issues, reconciliation variances, and integration errors
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Senior Manager, Payroll Services and will work closely with the program team and our in-house payroll team. This group is collaborative, curious, and focused on continuous improvement.
