We are seeking a VERY
Senior Technical Business Analyst
to support data-driven projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will connect business stakeholders, data governance, and technical teams, driving clarity, documentation, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires someone who can
challenge ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, validate solutions, and escalate risks early
while working closely with BAs, PMs, and Agile teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience in data-centric and Agile environments
4+ years working within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Strong hands-on SQL skills (
Oracle and SQL Server required; MongoDB or other NoSQL a plus
)
4+ years of data analysis, profiling, and troubleshooting, including independent data validation
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools preferably
Abinitio MDM
