We are seeking a VERY
Senior Technical Business Analyst
to support a variety of data-driven projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will work across departments, driving clarity, documentation, and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams while working closely with other BAs and PMs, while playing a key role in Agile project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
7+ years of IT project experience
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in data-centric and Agile project environments
Strong hands-on SQL skills (Oracle and SQL Server required; MongoDB a plus)
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools
Exposure to cloud platforms and SaaS-based solutions is a plus
Proven success in data driven projects, especially those requiring collaboration between business and technical teams
Experience creating and maintaining:
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
Data Lineage Documentation
Process flows using Visio
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA required)
