As a Small Business Analyst (Equal Opportunity Specialist 2), you will perform the following duties:

Contract Review: Examine certifications and contract details to ensure they meet policies, laws, and regulations

Stakeholder Relations: Build productive connections with businesses and purchasing staff to support equal access

Training Support: Provide guidance, outreach, and education to small businesses at events and workshops

Goal Setting: Complete calculations and review specifications to set participation goals for contracts

Certification Guidance: Assist small businesses with certification processes and review documents for eligibility

Compliance Monitoring: Check subcontract agreements and reports to verify alignment with contract requirements

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Work schedule may be negotiable based on operational needs.
