Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team supporting the Growth organizations. This role serves as a strategic business partner responsible for month-end reporting, budget and forecast planning, and a variety of ad hoc financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional leaders across all levels of the business.

This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities, including SG&A variance analysis and performance reviews.
Develop and maintain financial models, workforce planning tools, and management reporting to support business planning and operational decision-making.
Prepare and deliver recurring financial, operational, and headcount reporting while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives, business performance, and resource allocation decisions.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, enhance financial processes, and leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Operations, HR, Accounting, and Finance to support planning, forecasting, and business objectives.
