Leverage data from KUB’s enterprise IT systems—including customer, utility operations, geographic, and meter data—to uncover insights that improve business performance and enhance the customer experience. Use data analytics and visualization tools to transform complex information into meaningful metrics, automated solutions, reports, and actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization.
Contribute to enterprise technology projects by supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and replacements through testing, documentation, automation, and project coordination. Partner with management and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, prioritize information requirements, streamline processes, and deliver innovative solutions that create value for both internal and external customers.
