The Business Analyst will focus on capturing and understanding the business requirements at a user story level.
This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite
What will you do?
- Participate and collaborate on an Agile development team.
- Understand the overall business flow by working with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) and business teams on a regular basis.
- Define improvements to business processes and products.
- Assist decision-makers in gathering information in order to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Quality Assurance (QA) to identify and write the detailed requirements of test cases creating and maintaining business and product artifacts
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products
Who would excel in this role?
- Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
