Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across Supplemental Insurance platforms and processes.
- Translate insurance workflows into AI-ready business rules, process flows, prompts, decision trees, knowledge models, and reusable assets.
- Partner with Business SMEs, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Architects to define AI use cases and success criteria.
- Support AI/GenAI solutions across Claims, Policy Administration, Enrollment, Billing, Customer Service, and Underwriting.
- Validate AI agent outputs against business requirements, acceptance criteria, and regulatory standards.
- Drive process improvement and automation using AI-enabled solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Supplemental Insurance, Group Benefits, or Voluntary Benefits.
- Strong domain knowledge of Supplemental Health, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Claims, and Policy Administration.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, business rules, workflows, and user stories.
