SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting HPSI’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial performance reporting. This position works closely with cross-functional departments to monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial insights to support management decision-making. The Financial Analyst performs financial analysis, reporting, and planning support activities under the guidance of the FP&A Manager.

1. General Responsibilities
- Work to ensure that everyone inside the shipyard is safe and performing their work in accordance with HPSI’s core principles.
- Ensure that all HPSI safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met.
2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and financial forecasts.
- Maintain financial models and consolidate financial data from relevant departments.
- Analyze budget variances and prepare financial reports for management review.
