Role Summary:
The Regulatory Specialist supports compliance with US and Canadian regulatory requirements for Colgate-Palmolive’s drug and cosmetic portfolios. This position requires cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment to drive successful project completion. This role has two year employment commitment for completion.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for both existing and new product development activities, focusing primarily on labeling and ingredient reviews.

Provide regulatory guidance to Marketing regarding labeling requirements and product specifications for North America.

Review and approve copy sheets, artwork, specifications and recipes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects, prioritizing tasks, managing meetings, updating timelines, identifying project risks and following up on forward actions and deliverables.
