SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst and Team Lead to support the Critical Technologies portfolio within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Resources Directorate. This role focuses on all phases of the Department of War (DoW) Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, meeting all the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) mandated timelines for submission of PPBE related documents. Candidates must have experience with budget execution and full-cycle PPBE processes at the DoW or Service Component Headquarters level and using the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system. This role directly supports the government lead and manages a team of senior financial analysts responsible for executing all phases of the DoW PPBE process. The ideal candidate is a doer, leader, forward thinker, self-starter, and problem solver.
This position is 100% on-site in Alexandria, VA.
