Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analyst role.
Have worked in a manufacturing environment (finance department) within the last 5 years.
Currently enrolled in the CPA program or do you hold a CPA designation.
Have experience of preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Have worked with standard costing and inventory management processes.
Have hands-on experience using SAP for financial or accounting functions.
Would you rate your Microsoft Excel skills as Advanced (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas).
Have participated in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Have partnered directly with plant operations, production, or non-finance stakeholders to analyze costs and support business decisions.
Willing and able to travel to multiple plant locations throughout the year as required.
